Every year since 2005 the guys behind R-A-D (Rollerblade Association Denmark) are organizing an extravaganza weekend in the small town „Nykøbing“ close to Copenhagen. The name „ Ponycup “ does not only stand for the Danish Championships in park skating, but for one of the major meetings of the Northern European blading community. Year after year, more international guests were visiting and the event developed from an insiders tip to a must visit event for everyone that loves great vibes, non-ego-driven blading, intense partying and generally unforgettable weekends on blades.
Next to the Denmarks finest riders such as Jacob Juul, Kare Lindberg, Chris Berg and the newcomers some big international names already confirmed as well. Winterclash winner Nils Jansons, the one and only Dominik Wagner, UK‘s Nick Lomax and his buddy Alex Burston, everyones favorite Pro Richie Eisler, Sweden‘s speedy gonzales Fredrik Andersson and much more.
