October 18 - October 19

Camp42 is a 20 year long tradition, mainly focusing on the community side of blading. We are trying to go back to the roots and bring bladers together, across age, levels and experience. It started in a small city in the Northern regions of Denmark, and has since moved to Aalborg, where it still is hosted to this day. The name Camp42 derives from the being held on the weekend of the 42nd week of the year, a traditional school holiday in Denmark. It began as a camp that was held from Wednesday through Sunday, but now is held as a Friday through Sunday event, with a sleepover in the park. We want to show how diverse blading can be and still create lasting friendships in the midst of hosting a competition. In the competition, we have had both national and international riders competing against one another. Last year, our top 3 included the likes of Dominic Bruce ( 1st Place ), Felix Fälling ( 2nd Place ) and Benjamin Møller ( 3rd Place ). Both Felix and Martin Danning have competed several times at Camp42 in both the junior and senior competitions. We have also had the pleasure of hosting the likes of Josh Glowick, Erik Droogh, Dominic Bruce, Kaare Lindberg, Jacob Juul and Julien Cudot.
