CHINA TIMES | SKATING IN WUHAN LOCKDOWN W/ROB KELLETT & JOSH NIELSEN

Our Australian brothers Rob Kellett and Josh Nielsen are smack dab in the center of the the city of Wuhan, China, the supposed origination spot for the dreaded Coronavirus. As the city has been put into quarantine as the Chinese government tries to contain the spread of the Coronavirus, Josh and Rob threw caution to the wind and decided to venture out into the city to skate some spots that would normally be too packed with pedestrians to skate otherwise. They tried their best to steer clear of pedestrians and skate safely as injuring themselves and going to a Chinese hospital in times like these could be quite detrimental.

Depending upon how you look at it; Josh and Rob could be considered either brave or reckless. But nonetheless, the guys give us an idea of what the civilians in Wuhan are experiencing and how they are taking remedies to prevent the spread of the virus.

For confirmed Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infections, reported illnesses have ranged from people with little to no symptoms to people being severely ill and dying. Symptoms can include fever, coughing and shortness of breathe.

The CDC believes at this time that symptoms of the 2019-nCoV may appear in as little as 2 days or as long as 14 after initial exposure. With the outbreak occurring worldwide, be sure to take precautionary steps and stay informed with reports of infections within your area. We hope the virus will be contained as soon as possible but in the meanwhile stay alert and be safe, Be-Fam!!
